Welcome to Radical Soil Care. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. I have kept it simple, straightforward, and as jargon-free as possible.

Radical Soil Care is owned and operated by Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is Pty Ltd and Stefanie Hildmann is the director.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable.

Orders & Payment

Orders placed through this website are processed securely. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Digital Wallet (Apple and Google), and Direct Bank Transfer.

Prices are displayed clearly on each product page and at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time.

Refunds & Cancellation

1. Soil Remedies

All my Remedies are created in a loving, caring environment and packed with extra attention to detail. If something still goes wrong — for example, if you receive the wrong product or something is damaged in transit — I will replace it at no extra cost.
Please get in touch within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please note: In all other cases, Soil Remedies cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Books and Video Workshops

Due to the nature of digital and printed media, books (both print and digital) and video workshops are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and that time is reserved just for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice — whether it’s an online session or an in-person visit.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

In these situations, while I’m unable to offer a cash refund, I’m more than happy to issue store credit for the amount paid. This credit can be used towards a future coaching session, product, or service on this website.

Shipping

We ship to Australia and selected international locations. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. Within Australia shipping is by Express Mail

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and external circumstances beyond our control.

Coupons & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional coupons or discount codes for use on this website.

  • All coupons are valid for a limited time only as specified at the time of issue.

  • Coupons are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Only one coupon can be applied per order—coupons cannot be combined.

  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at our discretion.

Liability

Our products are provided with care and attention to detail. However, we cannot be held responsible for the misuse of any product or outcomes beyond our control once products have been delivered.

Please follow any specific usage or storage instructions provided with your purchase.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect the personal information needed to process and fulfil your order. We will never share or sell your information.
